"The secret to getting ahead is getting started."
The plan for this week is to engage in simple and doable exercises. I do not want to jumpstart my ALPAS journey with a jump on an ice bath.
With the "busy sched" for the week since it is the first one in November, I focused on stretching exercises and some jumping ropes whenever on my free time. I believe I have invested at least 3 hours this week in physical activities. That, for me, says a lot about my commitment to alpas.
