My social anxiety has stopped me multiple times from becoming my best.
I've always wanted to go to the gym however I often felt too shy to go. Hence, I gathered off enough courage to start going to the gym and I gladly went more than once a week with 30 minutes to 1 hour of exercising. Despite the hectic schedule of nursing, I tried to find enough time to destress through going to the gym.
